Tequila Charter

Tequila Monday will commence on the first Monday of the calendar year, where the temperature reaches 20°C or higher according to The Weather Network at 8:00PM EST in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

Participant Requirements:

• All parties to Tequila Monday will complete a minimum of two tequila shots (any brand), known as “one in/one out”
• All drinks during Tequila Monday must be tequila based (e.g. tequila sunrise)
• Once you join Tequila Monday, you must participate in all future Tequila Monday events
• Any participant failing to fulfil their commitment will complete one tequila shot per participant present during the missed Tequila Monday as well as their compulsory “one in/one out” prior to the next Tequila Monday

Force Majeure:

• In the unlikely event Tequila Monday does not take place during the calendar year, the last Monday of the year will be declared Tequila Monday and all requirements are doubled

How it Ends:

• The Final Tequila Monday will be held in Mexico, following a unanimous group vote. Eligibility to vote requires perfect attendance at the previous five Tequila Monday's
